Training and Skills Courses

8-10 December 2014 - 1st Course Event: soft skills and management issues

The seminar covered basic concepts of communication, focusing on improving the participants’ presentation skills and included a tutorial of influence and persuasion development. The aim of this specific training action was to:

  1. Enhance constructive collaboration in the working environment
  2. Increase self-awareness and improve own communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills through the use of appropriate verbal phrasing and supportive body language
  3. Lead participants to explore ways of increasing their impact on the organizational setting, thus improving their “public image”
  4. Assist participants into conducting presentations with more confidence
  5. Provide easy-to-apply advices covering all issues relative to presentations, from design and preparation to the use of questions or audience leadership techniques
